Through dysregulation, you survive.
Through regulation, you thrive.

Nervous system regulation is the ability of the psyche and physiology to cope with stress and overload of the body.

For example, you can suppress sadness and pain: you will survive, but you are unlikely to thrive. If you work correctly with sadness and pain, then you will master the regulation of the nervous system and begin to thrive.


It's SO simple that you can [should] start applying it right now!


1. Orienting. Be in contact with your surroundings. When we look around and make sure that there are no threats or dangers, we establish a sense of confidence, calm and safety.

You can spend a lot of time and resources digging into your traumas, but if you don’t know how to simply establish contact with the environment and make sure that there are no dangers around, your work is ineffective.

2. Titration. It is possible and necessary to go into your fear, set big goals and achieve them, feel the experience of being alive and be able to immerse yourself in certain states. But!

The big problem is that people think "the more, the better", and sometimes go too much into feeling, doing, thinking, sensing. However, any experience must be measured out, dosed, filtered in an amount, acceptable for your psycho-physiological capacity. Even the positive one! If it's too much, your systems collapse.

3. Resources. Do you want to be strong and brave? Ok. Do you know how to rest and recover from your daily heroism?

Learn your resources, and may the force be with you. You owe it to yourself to immediately name and be able to use at least five resources to recharge yourself.

4. Intelligence and Intuition. In many cases, feeling not enough and in lack of understanding of self and of the world are the result of severe and prolonged stress and/or trauma. It's not always about your cognitive skills or how smart you are: it's about your disconnection and disregulation.

The plasticity of the brain works wonders. You can completely change your life thanks to the correct work with intelligence and intuition. Yes, intuition is your sixth sense, and it needs you. Start using it!
