This is the 4th Principle from my most important article for you.If you have experienced severe stress or trauma, you're familiar with the feeling dizziness. Or a chaotic mind. Or an altered consciousness.
Consciousness (awareness) is the highest form of the psyche.
That's all humanity knows about consciousness. Not much
The stress and trauma you've experienced has
negative effect on your cognitive functions. You have troubles thinking, making decisions, and using your willpower. You become an animal with a
less developed psyche.
⚠️
If you are experiencing extreme stress, anxiety, trauma or adjustment process,
if you are stuck somewhere and lost in the physical symptoms of depression, panic attacks, anxiety, phobias, frustration, irritation, rage
then your consciousness (awareness) should be at least as big as your psychological and somatic activations. The bigger the better.
To recover from stress and trauma via your consciousness (awareness), you need to:• practise rational and critical thinking (e.g., don’t confuse your thoughts with your actions: eradicate cognitive distortions)
• develop emotional intelligence and a better understanding of your experiences (for example, I coach you straight to the point without getting lost in reflections on your past)
• support self-reflection and empathy (learn to identify your true needs and basics of communication)
• listen to your intuition (it is an inexplicable, but still, a knowledge of how to be).
And let me remind you that no pills will give you all of the above. You can (and should) develop your consciousness yourself. Then your traumas will stop dominating your life.
Summary:✔ rational intelligence✔ emotional intelligence✔ self-reflection and empathy✔ intuition.Like this — easy but not :)
